Reflexology: The controlled pressure to specific points on the feet, hands or face by a properly trained and qualified Reflexologist that is believed to bring about the body's own healing equilibrium. As a responsible reflexologist and complementary practitioner, Jenny does not diagnose, prescribe or make any claims. Clients respond differently to the sessions and Jenny's approach is "clinical" in that she assesses efficacy after three sessions.
