Reflexology: The controlled pressure to specific points on the feet or hands by a properly trained and qualified Reflexologist that brings about the body's own healing equilibrium. As a responsible reflexologist and holistic practitioner, Jenny does not diagnose, prescribe or make any claims. Clients respond differently to the sessions and Jenny's approach is "clinical" in that she assesses efficacy after three treatments.

Jenny has written a book on her findings over the past decade on the emotional links in reflexology. Emotional Reflexology, a practical guide will be available spring 2010.
Apart from Reflexology, Jenny is trained and qualified in: Reiki I, II and Master, Advanced Reflexology Workshops, Vertical Reflexology, Master class in sub-fertility, Endocrine Balance (Hormone balance) Advanced Reflexology, Healthy Nutrition, Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Onsite Seated Massage, Aromatherapy, No Hands (tm) Massage, Teaching and NLP coaching.
Jenny is also a fully qualified Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Matrix Re-Imprinting Practitioner

Although successfully helping all manner of "dis-ease" Jenny's main areas of specialism are: Sub Fertility issues eg: PCOS, Stress related illness eg: Insomnia, IBS, Anxiety/Panic attacks and Osteopathic issues eg: back, neck, elbow and knee pains.
The practice is based in Wootton Bassett or in the workplace.
